Meditation & Modern Buddhism:
Ancient Wisdom for Today's World
Half-Day Course
Saturday, July 20
10 am - 1 pm
Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind. With compassion and wisdom we can solve all our daily problems and accomplish the real meaning of our human life, and like two wings of a bird they will enable us to reach enlightenment quickly.
In this half-day course with Rob Lutz, we will take a practical look at Buddha’s wisdom teachings and how it can be applied to our modern life. This class is perfectly suited for those seeking solutions within Buddhism, as well as for encouraging practitioners of all faiths to deepen their understanding and practice of the spiritual path.
