Finding Calm in Chaos

Sundays
December 1 - January 26
10 - 11:15 am

Now days it seems like our world is becoming more and more chaotic and uncontrolled, with what seems like more danger, fear and uncertainty. Our lives have no more certainty now than when Buddha Shakyamuni gave his first Dharma teachings 2,500 years ago. These concepts are even more meaningful in this harried and worrisome world. We’ll explore how we can apply Buddhist teachings and meditations to help us to find calm in our daily life so that we can find peace and benefit others.

No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series!
