What is the true nature of reality? How do things exist? Buddha’s wisdom teachings show us how our world exists and how we can respond to circumstances in a beneficial way in order to end our suffering.

In this 2-week series, we will explore the profound topic of emptiness using Buddha’s wisdom teachings to gain a deeper understanding of the ultimate nature of reality. Everyone is welcome!

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class to sign in and get settled. No Buddhist background or previous meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the entire series!

Rob Lutz

Rob Lutz is the Resident Teacher of Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center and has been practicing Kadam Dharma for over 20 years. He has been teaching Dharma since 2008 and loves helping people integrate Buddha's teachings into their daily lives. He is a student of the Teacher Training Program and teaches the Foundation Program at Kadampa Meditation Center WA in Seattle. His teachings are clear and practical and he shows his dedication through his excellent example.
