In this Wednesday series Resident Teacher Rob Lutz will provide an introduction to meditation, offering guidance at all levels for developing and deepening your meditation practice. We will learn meditations to relax body and mind, find inner peace, achieve mental clarity, and develop a kind and compassionate attitude towards others.

These meditations and teachings are based off of Tharpa audios Meditations for Relaxation,  Meditations for a Clear Mind, and Meditations for a Kind Heart. Everyone is welcome!

November 6 – Increasing Our Compassion 
November 13 – Developing a Beneficial Intention 

 

No Buddhist background or previous meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the entire series!

Rob Lutz

Rob Lutz is the Resident Teacher of Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center and has been practicing Kadam Dharma for over 20 years. He has been teaching Dharma since 2008 and loves helping people integrate Buddha's teachings into their daily lives. He is a student of the Teacher Training Program and teaches the Foundation Program at Kadampa Meditation Center WA in Seattle. His teachings are clear and practical and he shows his dedication through his excellent example.
