Breaking Bad Habits

Sundays
June 1 - 22
10 - 11:15 am
Our unpeaceful states of mind that cause us to suffer and perform harmful actions are just bad mental habits, and like all habits they can be broken. Just as it is possible to separate mud from water, so it is possible to eliminate all of our bad habits from our mind. Then there is nothing that can disturb our inner peace and joy.
Discover the transformative power of meditation to break free from negative cycles and cultivate inner peace. In this series you’ll learn practical tools to overcome the mental habits that keep us from finding peace and happiness.
No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series.
