How to Stop Overthinking
Saturday, September 26
10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Do you wish you could take time out from the constant dialog in your head- that you could start to choose which thoughts stay and which you let go of?

On this half day retreat we will explore some of Buddha’s teachings on how we do this.  We will learn where our constant chatter comes from and use accessible techniques to begin to reduce the busyness and create mental space.

No Buddhist background or meditation experience required.
