Inner Peace, Outer Peace:
Silent Half-Day Retreat
Saturday, June 20
10 am - 1 pm
Outer peace can only come about if we first develop inner peace.
In this retreat we will observe silence during each of the two sessions and during the break between them. In each session we will learn & engage in practical meditation techniques to help us find inner peace to benefit ourselves and others.
After the second session we will break silence and have time for questions. Everyone is welcome!
