Sundays

Often we may feel that our meditations and our life are pulling in different directions. In meditation, we tried to generate positive minds, but because we cannot stop thinking about other activities our concentration is very poor. In this  series we will focus on meditations to calm and focus the mind, and then we’ll practice building our mental skills of concentration. With concentration, we experience peace and we can accomplish our inner goals.

No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series.
