Think Like a Buddhist:
Using Buddha's Advice to Calm Our Mind

Thursdays
May 1, 8, 15 & 22
(no class on May 29)
6 - 7:15 pm
Many of us try to find inner peace, but we don’t know where to begin. Buddhist teachings help us to look objectively at our mind and then learn to distinguish and develop beneficial states of mind. Each week we will explore different mindsets that hold us back from finding happiness and connecting with others. Then we will learn different ways of thinking to remove these mental obstacles. Everyone is welcome!
$12 / class – no one turned away
$38 / full series
No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series.
Live-streaming on Zoom is available for supporting members. Supporting members can request the live-stream link here.
