Becoming a Friend of the World

Sundays
February 2 - 23
10 - 11:15 am

When we move through our world with compassion and a heart of love, we strengthen our connection to others and find a depth of inner peace in our mind.

Each class session will focus on specific Buddhist mental practices that can help us find peace and grow closer to the people around us. In this way, you will become a friend of the world—a person who brings peace and harmony to this world and experiences lasting inner happiness. Everyone is welcome!

No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series.

Live-streaming on Zoom is available for supporting members. Supporting members can request the live-stream link here.
