Letting Go of Perfect

Sundays
November 10 - 24
10 - 11:15 am

We often struggle with self-criticism or being overly critical of other people. In this series, we will look at how we can let go of perfectionism and critical thought patterns, nourish positive attitudes of self-acceptance, and redirect our energies to being content with who we are. Through putting these teachings into practice, we will learn to be more gentle with ourselves and others. We will learn how to let go of perfectionism and reduce its harmful effects to our self worth and our relationships. Everyone is welcome.
