Building Our Inner Strength

Thursdays in October
6 - 7:15 pm

Learn how to connect with your own potential for inner resilience and unshakeable happiness, no matter what happens around you.

In this 5-week series we will explore the five forces that give power to our Buddhist practice. Engaging these practices will bring strength to our meditations and help us to control our mind. Be empowered to rise above negative habits of mind and learn how to overcome them with proven meditation techniques that enable us to develop attitudes that support inner peace. Everybody is welcome!

No Buddhist background or previous meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the entire series!

Live-Streaming on Zoom is available on Thursdays evenings for supporting members. Become a supporting member and request the live-stream link here.
