Everyone is looking for happiness all the time and wants to be free from problems and suffering permanently. Buddhist practitioners have been finding inspiration for almost 1000 years through engaging the practices from the poem Eight Verses of Training the Mind by the great Tibetan Bodhisattva, Langri Tangpa.

In this series we will spend eight weeks studying and meditating on these beautiful verses that help us grow our love, compassion and happiness.

No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series.
