Mindfulness, it is the lifeline of meditation and an essential skill for everyone who seeks happiness to develop. Developing mindfulness, like everything else depends on our motivation to do so. If we understand and experience the great benefits of mindfulness, motivation will naturally arise. With this motivation, our meditation practice will have power for mindfulness to develop quickly.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of confusion around the practice of mindfulness. Based on the original instructions that Buddha gave, our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Wangpo will give us the full picture so that we enjoy the benefits of mindfulness to the greatest extent. If we put into practice the essence of these teachings we will soon find ourself with a very powerful and joyful mind.
