Happiness Is a state of mind. It is commonly assumed that this state of mind arises based on our external conditions and experiences, as a result, we spend a lot of time trying to make sure that everything around us is just right. But we can see that there are people all over the world who have good conditions and are still unhappy, then there are those who don’t seem to have any good conditions yet their lives are full of incredible happiness. A careful investigation of this truth will help us recognize that there is more to happiness than what we traditionally think.
Through meditation, we can understand our mind, and experience positive states of mind, we can even gain the ability to direct our mind to these positive states through our own power. Meditation is the method by which we learn to choose happiness.
Everyone is welcome to join us for these classes as we learn powerful techniques for increasing our experiences of happiness in daily life.
