Happiness is something everyone wants. And we work very hard for it, in our jobs, with our families, and finding all the right leisure activities. Rarely do we consider that we need to work with our mind though!
In this series of classes, we will look at how by cultivating the right thoughts we can produce the happiness we desire. These instructions are the supreme method for finding happiness and have been tried and tested for centuries, ever since Buddha taught them.
Join us each Monday and learn this wisdom that Buddha shared 2500 years ago. Everyone is welcome, no experience is necessary.
