Wednesday Nights 6 – 7:15 pm
Shopping in December exposes us to songs that declare “it’s the most wonderful time of the year”. We have all heard that, but do we consider the implications for January? Do we say, January is “the month after the most wonderful time of the year?” For many people, that is how it feels. The buzz of the holidays is over and we are back to work. The holiday gathering is done, what do we look forward to in January? Bills!
In this series of classes, we are going to see how to keep a happy mind in the absence of the excitement and activity of the holidays. Understanding how to be happy will allow us to approach the start of the new year in an upbeat way. What more can we ask for?
Join us on Wednesday evenings throughout January to learn a variety of methods for staying upbeat, even in the absence of the holiday buzz and cheer. Everyone welcome.
