Meditation 101

Meditation enables us to reduce feelings of stress and unhappiness while increasing our natural sense of well-being. In this half-day course, Gen Kelsang Wangpo will give teachings and easy to follow meditation practices to help us to develop a meditative practice in a busy, modern world filled with distractions.
Take a step back from the chaos of modern life and learn simple meditations for improving your concentration and mindfulness and therefore improving your peace of mind.
