Whether you meditate daily or have never tried meditation, this series of classes will bring you benefit. Meditation is a skill which we can all develop, and once developed, we can refine our abilities. This series of classes is designed for just that purpose.

Everyone is welcome. The Buddhist Tradition of meditation is open to everyone, regardless of background or belief.

For the month of March we are looking at meditation techniques. It is well timed; spring will soon be upon us, and we all want to enjoy the beautiful weather. But, without a peaceful mind, beautiful weather won’t make us happy, meditation will. This is why everyone needs to meditate. Happiness can not be experienced for long if our mind is continually upset.
