How to Meditate in the Buddhist Tradition

Whether you meditate daily or have never tried meditation, this series of classes will bring you benefit. Meditation is a skill which we can all develop, and once developed, we can refine our abilities. This series of classes is designed for just that purpose.
Everyone is welcome. The Buddhist Tradition of meditation is open to everyone, regardless of background or belief
