Buddhist meditation is widely known for its techniques for calming the mind, but very few people know how to harness an even greater result from meditation, the transformation of our mind. Our minds have an incredible power to them. In fact, we can correctly say all our experiences depend upon the power of our mind.
In this set of classes Kelsang Tharden, a Buddhist monk and teacher, will explain how we can keep our mind in high spirits and maintain positive attitudes as we navigate this busy time of year.
