Being afraid is an unpleasant experience. Starting with our very early childhood fears, we have sought sources of protection from fear. Yet, we continue, all these years later, to continue to have fears, worries, anxiety, nervousness, and all the other experiences of fear that we so wish to avoid.
Buddha explained that we can channel the energy we normally experience as fear into a meaningful direction and we can stop fear from keeping us from our goals and everyday activities. In this workshop we will look at Buddha’s advice and how to apply it in our lives so that we have greater courage and confidence in what would be an otherwise challenging circumstance.
Everyone is welcome for these teachings by our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Wangpo.
