Being Happy: Essential Meditation Practices

For our meditation to be qualified, our mind should be focused on the causes of happiness. We are offering a class with some straightforward meditations that everyone can use to bring about happiness and peace in their day-to-day life.

Everyone can meditate and this series of classes will help us understand how to get started and what to focus on. We will emphasize a different meditation each week so that by the end of the series of classes each participant will have a toolbox of techniques. It is not necessary to attend all of the classes but certainly will bring about more benefit.

Everyone is welcome regardless of background or experience.
