Joyful effort is a mind that delights in engaging in virtue. It is not “hard work”, rather it is enjoying, like a child at play, engaging in virtue. Joyful effort helps us to grow a consistent and regular meditation practice. In this series with Rob Lutz, we will explore Buddha’s special tools for bringing energy and joy to our meditations and our life. Everybody welcome!

Rob Lutz
Rob Lutz is the Resident Teacher of Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center and has been practicing Kadam Dharma for over 20 years. He has been teaching Dharma since 2008 and loves to help people integrate Buddha's teachings into their daily lives. He is a student of the Teacher Training Program and teaches the Foundation Program at Kadampa Meditation Center WA in Seattle. His teachings are clear and practical and he shows his dedication through his excellent example.
